The 3rd ODI match of Ind-SA
series will be played tomorrow on Jan 18 at Newlands
stadium in Capetown.
Leveling series by 1-1 in first 2 matches, India has now
tasted the win and its confidence will help them to smell
another one in 3rd ODI. They have got the rhythm now.
Whereas South Africa, on the other hand would be
feeling unlucky and frustrated on their just-won lost
match. It could prove another advantage for India.
India will run on field without their senior player Sachin
Tendulkar at Newlands, as he has returned to home due
to hamstring muscles stress. Parthiv Patel has been
called to fill his place. But as the World Cup is front of
the face and Parthiv is not in that squad, India will look
for Yusuf Pathan and he may get chance tomorrow to
show his form and prove that what happened against
New Zealand was not just a fluke.
As the series go on, the other players like R Ashwin,
Piyush Chawla may also get a chance to play. In that
case, India has to gain some lead.
